Kalpnik3D Studio specializes in customised 3D miniatures, ready-made god idols, and 3D printed products. All products displayed on the website are subject to availability and production capacity. We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Customised Products (Miniatures & Personalised Items)

  • Customised products are created based on customer-provided photos and details.
  • Minor variations in facial expressions, colors, proportions, or finish may occur due to the handcrafted and 3D printing process.
  • Once the design or production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
  • Production begins only after photo approval and order confirmation.

3. Ready-Made Products (God Idols & Non-Custom Items)

  • God idols and non-customised items are ready-made products.
  • Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to manufacturing and lighting conditions.
  • These products are not customizable unless explicitly mentioned.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
  • Kalpnik3D Studio is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment gateways.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on product type, location, and courier services.
  • Customised products generally require additional production time.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any visible damage to packaging should be reported at the time of delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Customised products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Returns or replacements are applicable only in case of:

  • Product received damaged
  • Manufacturing defect

Any such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images or videos. Approved replacements will be processed at our discretion.

7. Product Care

  • 3D printed products are decorative items and should be handled with care.
  • Avoid exposure to excessive heat, water, or direct sunlight.
  • Kalpnik3D Studio is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or usage.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Kalpnik3D Studio. Copying, reproducing, or using any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kalpnik3D Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
